Helen Elliott, Local 2527, District Council 90 President and Harrisburg Chapter CLUW President (L); and Joyce Culpepper, Local 1420 and Council 13 Vice-President from District Council 90 (R); with Linda Chavez Thompson (center), who recently retired as Vice President of the AFL-CIO. Chavez was one of the favorite speakers at the 2007 CLUW Convention reminding the attendees that, "The women of this country are going to elect the President in 2008." The event took place October 10 - 13 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
