Celebrate "Sheroes" of 2008

 

 

 

Helen Elliott (R), Central PA CLUW President, Local 2527 President and DC90 President, presents a special bouquet of appreciation to Sister Joyce Culpepper, Local 1420 and C13 Vice-President representing DC90.  Sister Joyce was one of 5 Shero Award recipients.  "Joyce is always there to do anything she can to help someone in need," said Elliott.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Liz Long, C13 Education Director, was also a Shero Honoree.  After a short trip down AFSCME's 'memory lane' Long said CLUW had reserved a table for Shero Honoree family members.  "And that is my family," she said as she looked at her AFSCME brothers and sisters seated at her table.
