Todd Singer, C13 President and Local 2545 President with Arlene Schwanger. Singer accepted
the Honory Shero award on behalf of Executive Director Fillman who was unable to attend. C90
Director Mary Schwanger was also an honoree. Her mother Arlene, along with Schwanger's
entire family, were there to show their support. Schwanger's acceptance speech was a very
moving tribute to her heros; her mother and father.
