State members who are not participating in the Get Healthy Program and not earning the contribution waiver as of January 1, 2006, can complete a Health Risk Assessment (HRA).

New, easier-to-use HRAs will be ready on August 15. Members may complete an online form anytime between August 15 and  the deadline of September 15 (paper forms, which take longer to process, will be due on September 6).

For workers who complete the new HRA, waivers of one-half percent of cost-sharing will begin on January 1, 2007.

A postcard will be mailed in July and a CD will be mailed in early August -- only members who are not participating in the Get Healthy Program will receive the mailings. Watch your mail for important PEBTF
