"Under 30" Member Thanks Council 13

Katrina Horner of Local 2326 (Clarion University Employees) was one of eight "Members Under 30" who attended Council 13's annual convention. (In January, Katrina had been one of 14 AFSCME members who participated in a special focus group for "Members Under 30," designed to help Council 13 learn more about our future members and leaders.)
