PPennDOT member thanks Council 13 for new plaque

Rodger Shupe of Local 1986 (PennDOT District 12-0) recently sent this"thank-you" to Dave Fillman for the new plaque honoring fallen PennDOT workers (shown below).

The Council 13-PennDOT Workers' Memorial, which was recently unveiled at Council 13's Conference Center in Harrisburg.
