Local 2582 Gives Back

 

 

"I'm tired of the public's outlook on state employees," said Thompson.  "My article is to show that we do work and deserve our pay in a timely manner.  And, most of us do give back to charities of all sorts."

Note:  Since Thompson's article was published AFSCME was victorious in their appeal to the PA Supreme Court which ruled that PA is not required to withhold pay without a budget.
