The 48th Annual AFSCME Council 13 Convention will be held VIRTUALLY on Friday, October 23.

The Convention Call was mailed on Tuesday, August 18, to all Local Presidents. It will include further information and instructions on how to participate virtually.

This year’s convention theme was planned to be “2020 Vision,” but we never envisioned it taking place online. Nonetheless, we will march forward to conduct the business of our union and set our vision for the future.
