Order and Notice of Election

An Order and Notice of Election has been issued for the representation election of Commonwealth employees in of the Inspection, Investigation, and Safety (G4) Bargaining Unit.

According to the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board (PLRB), on THURSDAY, MARCH 23, 2023, all eligible voters will be mailed an official ballot, an instruction sheet, a self-addressed envelope, and a blank ballot envelope.

To be validly cast and canvassed, ballots must be returned to and received by the Board in its Harrisburg office by WEDNESDAY, MAY 10, 2023.

Ballots will be counted beginning at 10:00 a.m. on WEDNESDAY, MAY 17, 2023 and THURSDAY, MAY 18, 2023 (if necessary), by the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board at 651 Boas Street, Room E-100, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Please watch closely for this ballot in your mailbox. Be sure to follow all instructions and mail your ballot well before the noted deadline, and be sure to vote for AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES, COUNCIL 13, AFL-CIO.
