Organized labor to host statewide press events on public sector OSHA

On Wednesday, September 11, labor leaders and elected officials will hold press events in cities across Pennsylvania to advocate for the passage of House Bill 1082, also known as the Jake Schwab Worker Safety Bill, which would provide public sector workers with the same on-the-job Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) protections as those in the private sector.
