Act 534 and the Heart and Lung Act

This training will be hosted by Michael Dryden of Willig, Williams & Davidson. Act 534 and the Heart and Lung Act exceed what is provided to injured workers through the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act. If you are not represented by an attorney who understands the relationship between Act 534, Heart and Lung, and the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation system, you are not properly represented following an injury. The training is designed to help members understand all of the benefits available to them and the best practice to follow after a work injury.
