The Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board conducted a ballot tally on the morning of Tuesday, February 12, for the mail-in ballot election for the workers of Mount Carmel Township. The Mount Carmel Township workers voted unanimously for representation by AFSCME District Council 86. This brings 4 new workers to AFSCME ranks! Welcome to the AFSCME family!
