The Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board conducted a ballot count for the Berks County first level supervisors of the Human Services bargaining unit. The supervisors voted by a count of 15-4 for representation by AFSCME District Council 88. This brings 29 new workers to AFSCME ranks. Welcome to the AFSCME family!
